- Analyzing problems with or without remote access

- Reconfiguring a system to operate at a restricted level in the event of a component failure (to the extent possible)
- Identifying which replacement parts are needed in the event of a breakdown
- Directly dealing with the replacement parts and repair service to solve the problem quickly
